I don't normally complain but you can not advertise next day delivery if you send the packages out on a standard delivery, with possibly the worst delivery company in England. My item arrived 2 days late and the tracking was useless. Asked why i had not received my package and was just told oh we put it on a standard delivery! Not good enough for a google certified company.

When i was trying to place my order, i was directed form the irish site to the uk site, but i had problems with the postal which is to ireland, as it was not listed in the international box... i had to use live help and eventually i was able to get the order palced. i think this is something that you need to look at for further orders. The help i got was very good and quick.

Every time I shop in your stores or online the service I receive is brilliant.
I went into my local branch today but they didn't have the trainers I was looking for. The assistant gave me the head office number to try and the lady I spoke to there could not have been more helpful.
Well done Schuh, you have yourselves a customer for life!
