We hope you love your new schuh purchase. If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please return your item to us with your receipt. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 365 days. If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available. As we do not offer a fitting service (with the exception of schuh Kids) please ensure your footwear is entirely suitable before use. This is in addition to, and does not affect your consumer rights. Please Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of socks when removed from their original packaging.
We've got a great returns service with CollectPlus. You can drop off your unsuitable return at one of more than 5800 local shops in the UK which are open early til late, 7 days a week. Returns are FREE to customers who are registered 'myschuh' account holders, and only £2.50 for non registered customers. Even better, beat the Post Office queues with nothing to pay upfront - we deduct £2.50 where applicable from your refund amount, and exchanges are FREE too! - The credit/debit card used to pay for the order (if applicable)
- Your returns form

Fill in the Returns Form that was enclosed with your order or enclose a note detailing your name, address, contact number and reason for return. Package the shoes carefully in their original box & a secure outer wrapper where possible, and send them back clearly addressed to:

We recommend you use some form of registered post in case you need to track your parcel. We will email you to let you know that your return has been processed within 3 working days of receiving it through the post.

Our imperfect items still come with our fantastic 365 days returns policy, so if you’re not happy with the item when it arrives, you can still return it in an unused condition for a refund. As the stock in our ‘imperfects’ section are one-off pairs, we’re unable to offer an exchange, change the size, colour or style of items ordered from here. Due to the nature of the product, we’re unable to accept returns back in to our stores for these items and they should be returned back to our Head Office using CollectPlus or a delivery method of your choice to the address shown in the Returns via Post section above.
