I purchased the vans authentic lo pro a week ago online and was extremely happy with the service. The item was delivered quickly, with no fuss and when I opened the box I immediately fell in love with the shoes! They were extremely comfortable and fit me perfectly. The slim vans are just as comfortable as the wider ones, if not more. However after careful consideration I decided to go in store to exchange the vans for a different colour so the next day I did, with no problems at all and had excellent customer service from the staff. I love buying from schuh and they are always my first choice! Thanks
